DLC not showing up (Xbox)

So a while back I had to deleted ESO on my Xbox account cuz I wasn't playing it much and really needed the space for another game. Now I'm back and on the European server as opposed to the American server (for a bit) and I'm tryng to find the Orsinium and Imperial DLC while on the Euro server. It still shows up for the American server though. Is it not allowed to do that or do i have to purchase it separately on different servers?

✭as far as i understand it, you have to purchase DLC, mounts, costumes & pets for each server,
ESO+ would give you access to DLC (and all the other benefits you get with eso+) on both servers0
