I understand the suggestion to restart your console seems ridiculous. There is an issue where membership benefits disappear that is resolved by restarting the console. More recently there's been a different issue that caused ESO Plus benefits to not appear at all which should have been resolved late last week.
When I checked your account, Method_Man, it appeared that your issue fell under the first category, not the second which is why I asked you to verify you'd restarted your Xbox One. I apologize for not being more specific with my first reply.
