To those having ESO Plus issues, This is what you must do.

As the title says, I'm not sure the process on PC but for consoles, don't contact support if your subscription has disappeared, instead contact Sony or Xbox depending on what console you play on and ask for it to be cancele/Refunded. Once this is done it is recommended to wait 24hrs before starting a new subscription tho I did it after a couple of hours without problems. Doing this should solve the issue. They are working on identifying the problem and fixing it.

Now we have that sorted, the next step
Is to cancel automatic renewal for ESO Plus, This is done in your Microsoft account on the net for Xbox, Sony and Ps4 I assume would be similar but not sure. Once you cancel auto renewal all you have to do is wait for it to expire after a month and manually sub again and then repeating the turning off auto renewal. This should give you no more issues in future but don't quote me on it. Remember to do this every month until a fix has been found.

If you are missing crowns upon resubbing, give it at least 24hours it can be delayed otherwise contact ESO support, make sure you get screenshots of proof of purchase as well as as your gamertag in the same picture.. This is the ONLY form of proof they accept and he proof of purchase and gamertag MUST be in the one picture. Again this is done in your Microsoft account online, Xbox is the only one I know about but I assume it's similar for ps4.

Hopefully this gets read and stops new posts being made every hour, my fingers hurt from saying the same thing in every post lol.

    Thanks for spreading the solution, I to have been trying to tell people this in game and on the forums. It's a pain in the arse, but works.

    There are issues on PS4? I didn't realize that. I thought it was only an XBox issue.

    I've actually noticed it seems to occur more when a resub happens on a weekend

    I just came back again, I can't even sub on the xbox one without the marketplace telling me to try again something went wrong on their end. No matter the updates to the system or the past week and a bit of trying again and again has fixed it. lol

    This doesn't actually work.

    The problem is this
    The Xbox one sku is neither listed as dlc or an add-on.
    It's not in the Xbox one store other than using the in-game way to access it in the store and when you sub, the Xbox store doesn't even recognize it as a subscription.

    The sku needs to be completely removed and ESO plus either needs to be a season pass, a stand alone app like EA access or they should roll the benefits into crown purchases and incremental the # of days

    Just going to throw this out there. When I contacted Microsoft support I was told I needed to first file support ticket with zos before contacting Microsoft.

    I did the chat thing, and I said I would like it canceled so I can re sub and try again. When I was talking to them at that very moment they were in talk with ZOS to come discuss the issue and that support tells people to contact MS to get it canceled, (you have a legal right to ask for a refund/cancelation) so unless they have come up with something in the last week where support can fix it.

    Never had a problem since release on my PS4.
