i apriciate that they are receiving an incresed amout of help requests but it doesnt change how frustrated i am to have my best dungeon character trapped!

I don't go to Wrothgar much anymore, due to the latency issues the zone seems to have and I'm not entirely clear how someone is getting permanently? stuck in loading limbo? Is that what is happening? Like, not able to log into character?
Not sure I completely understand what it is that is happening to OP.

Beta ended 2 and 1/2 years ago. Pay someone out of your own rich, overflowing pockets to fix the *** that us, the paying customer pays them for.

That thread was fine as a gameplay discussion, it was interesting. However, the annoyance with that one for me was if he has time to respond to questions such as what was his first job, then he has time to respond to the numerous complaints all over the forum in other discussions.
