    Simple solution:

Just let us turn in our writs elsewhere and I can promise you I will never set foot in Crashinium again.

So a guild mate of mine has has his main character stuck in wrothgar twice now. He only goes there to turn in his writs, that's the only time he sets foot in wrothgar. He crafts everything for the writs in a different zone and then travels to wrothgar only to turn them in.

So after countless emails and tickets to zenimax they finally moved his character from wrothgar for the 2nd time but in an e-mail he received from zenimax they told him that this is the 2nd time they've had to move his character and they're not doing it again and told him to make sure not to go back to wrothgar because it's a high crashing area. They told him to stay away from high crashing areas. How pathetic is this?

    WTF ZOS?????

I always had a feeling that Zenimax doesnt actually care about what they are doing and their custumers... its just another money grabbing company...

    It's not pathetic at all.
It's also what Jessica told us.
What is so incredibly "low" in this according to you ?

Yes there shouldn't be "high crashes" or even "crashes areas" at all, but reality is, THERE ARE issues currently, thus the wisest thing you can do is to avoid it as much as you can.
Not doing writs for a few days will not hurt that much.
Your mate does exactly what ZOS said specifically NOT TO DO and you accuse ZOS ?? Strange.

It is pathetic. The lag EVERYWHERE is not here for just a few days. The lag in Wrothgar is not here for just a few days. No it doesnt hurt not doing writs, but wtf am I paying for buying a dlc if I cant even access it? For how long do we have to just excuse ZOS, and give them money for nothing basically?

Cant your little friend speak for themself?

And im pretty sure ZOS didnt say it the way you put it.

Thats whats really pathetic tbh. You trying to give them a bad name for something they probably didnt say about a friend who cant defend themself.

    What a mess.

Wow, they are digging the bottom deeper with that one, but from a company that has Chet constantly essentially telling customers to shove it... I am not surprised.

Sad though, he could try filling a complain against the company though, I mean, he is either paying for a service or he paid for that content and Zenimax is now essentially taking the content back by saying 'don't go there'.
Look at this from last week .

Your friends miles ahead as they got helped twice . This ^ was the all time low lol

Ah, here it is. Chet at his best and Zenimax's 'shove it where the sun doesn't shine' email.

ZOS' support is currently the equivalent of a person under heavy pressure. I remember the times when their support was the best one I've ever encountered, that was during monthly fees tho. (inb4 they bring it back bcuz of this post)

The kind of response that demands the LOL Button, so I went and found this from another thread just for you:

    35973141-lol-bubble-icon-red-glossy-round-button.jpg

This problem has been around for weeks now and Zenimax has proved they can't fix it, so your argument that this will keep OPs friend from delivering Writs for just a few days is completely bogus and sad actually. I wish everyone getting this email telling them not to go to Orsinium when they paid or are still paying for said content would join up and go to other media to expose Zenimax. This can't be legal and if it is, it is very shady.

This is the same customer support team that we have to trust with the banning process. They need to be more accountable for their lack of strong customer service.

Probably not. The team that is responsible for ToS infractions is probably not the team that does front line customer support. In other words, not Chet or his office mates.

Taking this one step further, I do believe that front line customer support is contracted out to RightNow, so it is possible that ZOS is just getting the customer support they are paying for.

Personally, I've found that having a large number of unfinished quest in my quest log clogs things up a bit. I've abandoned any quests that were repeatable (mostly Craglorn and Cyrodil quests) and found that it smoothed out a lot of my load time and load screen issues. It seemed to help although I don't know why :)

Honestly, it would be nice if we could simply turn our writs in without leaving the zone we're currently in. Want craglorn surveys? Camp out in Waspswarm territory. Want to roll the dice in Hew's Bane? We've got a frog for that.

Hey @ZOS_DaryaK , harsh, Zenimax keeps you in the office on Sundays or do you get an alarm home whenever someone gets reported in the Forums?

Anyway, do you have a comment on this? Zenimax sending emails to customers telling them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine and other emails proposing clients don't access content they actually paid or are still paying for?

Yea exactly. That's the worst part about it. It is a dlc zone and they won't fix it, and now they are telling people not to go into the dlc area that people have paid for.. absolutely rediculous. They need to fix this. It has been far too long. They could at least finally move the writs, in the time being..

Then they insult customers asking for fixes. If they are not careful people will remember that we, indeed, do not have to be here and all leave for a more reliable game. Wonder if they will look and act ao smug when the game has shut down due to lack of income.

I can't believe that Zenimax would have a policy of "Don't go to an area you paid for cause it keeps crashing on you"... I just cannot believe that, it's insane.

I don't go to Wrothgar much anymore, due to the latency issues the zone seems to have and I'm not entirely clear how someone is getting permanently? stuck in loading limbo? Is that what is happening? Like, not able to log into character?

Not sure I completely understand what it is that is happening to OP.

It is a known Console issue. Characters will often get stuck in Wrothgar and have to be moved manually by Zenimax. I believe it has some connection with the game 'forgetting' players have access to said DLC, but I am not sure.
