So after countless emails and tickets to zenimax they finally moved his character from wrothgar for the 2nd time but in an e-mail he received from zenimax they told him that this is the 2nd time they've had to move his character and they're not doing it again and told him to make sure not to go back to wrothgar because it's a high crashing area. They told him to stay away from high crashing areas. How pathetic is this?

It's also what Jessica told us.
What is so incredibly "low" in this according to you ?
Yes there shouldn't be "high crashes" or even "crashes areas" at all, but reality is, THERE ARE issues currently, thus the wisest thing you can do is to avoid it as much as you can.
Not doing writs for a few days will not hurt that much.
Your mate does exactly what ZOS said specifically NOT TO DO and you accuse ZOS ?? Strange.

Simple solution:
Just let us turn in our writs elsewhere and I can promise you I will never set foot in Crashinium again.
Not going to wrothgar,ever again

Hey @ZOS_DaryaK , harsh, Zenimax keeps you in the office on Sundays or do you get an alarm home whenever someone gets reported in the Forums?
Anyway, do you have a comment on this? Zenimax sending emails to customers telling them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine and other emails proposing clients don't access content they actually paid or are still paying for?

Defending a broken system, defending crown store items that legitimately have the same cost as another ENTIRE GAME... Thank you guys, you are awesome. Stay like this please.

I'm here every Sunday.
I apologize, I don't have any comment, but I am looking into this.

Sell a dlc and then tell customer not to go there. Brilliant!

Yea exactly. That's the worst part about it. It is a dlc zone and they won't fix it, and now they are telling people not to go into the dlc area that people have paid for.. absolutely rediculous. They need to fix this. It has been far too long. They could at least finally move the writs, in the time being..

I don't go to Wrothgar much anymore, due to the latency issues the zone seems to have and I'm not entirely clear how someone is getting permanently? stuck in loading limbo? Is that what is happening? Like, not able to log into character?
Not sure I completely understand what it is that is happening to OP.
