They (ZOS) even confirmed this during the DB pts but continued to launch without fixing.
Just another important thing thrown under the bus to rush out more content.I got killed in pvp, nerf everything...3 -

✭✭Zos is intentionally trying to slow everyone down for a reason. If you run to fast across the world, the game servers just cant keep up. There must be a reason why Major Expedition was changed to 30% from 40%.
