They (ZOS) even confirmed this during the DB pts but continued to launch without fixing.

✭✭Zos is intentionally trying to slow everyone down for a reason. If you run to fast across the world, the game servers just cant keep up. There must be a reason why Major Expedition was changed to 30% from 40%.
