Newly stuck in Wrothgar

I made an EP DK yesterday and was excited to get her to level 20. I have not had any issues with my characters being stuck in Wrothgar before. She is now stuck!!! I wanted to play her and level today! Please move her as soon as possible! I have reset my Xbox and done everything recommended already. Every time she almost loads, I get dashboarded. My GT is: Karisaeri and her name is: Kerrii

bmatson✭✭While your character is loading push up on the left thumb stick. I know it sounds weird but it works. Just hold that left thumb stick up. And honestly, stay out of Orsinium. Specifically that city.1
