Newly stuck in Wrothgar

I made an EP DK yesterday and was excited to get her to level 20. I have not had any issues with my characters being stuck in Wrothgar before. She is now stuck!!! I wanted to play her and level today! Please move her as soon as possible! I have reset my Xbox and done everything recommended already. Every time she almost loads, I get dashboarded. My GT is: Karisaeri and her name is: Kerrii

    While your character is loading push up on the left thumb stick. I know it sounds weird but it works. Just hold that left thumb stick up. And honestly, stay out of Orsinium. Specifically that city.

    We know how frustrating the situation with being stuck in Wrothgar can be. However there is already a thread open discussing the problem.
