Floating lights/orbs around your character, what are they?

I see a few people with them, I don't thinks it's a move but maybe some kind of memento? Anyone know the name of these floaty little orbs ? I thinks they come in different colours and also they remain in cyrodiil too.

They are armor sets.
For example "Worm Cult" = blue balls = reduce magica cost for up to 12 people in a group.

There is a set that does this although I can't remember what it is called. There is a memento that has a similar effect but you can't use mementos in Cyrodiil. So it's either that set or magelight which is a skill under the Mages Guild

The lights from what I remember are red/orangey colour and then there's blue lights. There's about 3-5 glowy orbs, they float around the character. I've seen ppl with them in cyrodiil.

This may make sense, so the red orbs are from the set which increases health for group members. Thanks for info.

Those are special drop sets from Trials and I think possibly vet dungeons. As I have never done a trial and only got one piece of Engineer Helmet from my one Gold Vet run, I can't say specifically what comes from which.

Ebon set: Red balls
Hircine set: Green

Edit: I mostly see ppl wearing the red and blue sets during trials (tank wearing Ebon to increase everyone's Max HP, 1 Mage wearing Worm Cult for the Magicka builds) but very rarely do I see the green set...
