Quest issue: Veteran Dungeon "What was Lost" fixed? (ie.Shatasha NPC missing/can't talk to)

SammyShotBothSides
I know this isn't just myself, as I've run this dungeon with other's who have the same issue... Anyone know when or if this is supposedly fixed?

It's been months now. I keep abandoning and restarting the quest, with the same outcome everytime... Shatasha's NPC is missing after defeating the Engine Guardian. I've been told varying stories by Zenimax Support: 1) restart the console, 2) it's a known issue without an ETA for a resolution.

I have the exact same problem. Shatasha just isn't where she is supposed to be making it impossible to hand in the quest. If you search on google it's always been broken, as in since the game came out, they obviously aren't going to fix it.

The easiest way to fix invisible quest people is to dashboard and restart the game. You should appear where you were and the quest person is there. Inconvenient but workable.

Trust me, that's been tried over and over again. This is apparently a "known issue" that hasn't ever been fixed. This doesn't appear to be your "standard issue" Zenimax bug with irritating workaround, we've all grown to love playing ESO.
