Guild Bank and Guild Stores missing

Suddenly, I can't access my guild banks or guild stores from any common bankers (ie: Grahtwood or Rawl'ka bankers). When I select the banker, I only get the option to access my own bank... it doesn't even give me the option for "Guild Store" or "Guild Bank". Is anyone else having this issue? I submitted a help ticket already.

Yesterday all the stores were just a black,
Blank screen. But not your exact issue.

You may want to include server/platform so if others are having this issue, it can be seen if it's to a specific.. well, anything. As well, when did you first notice it? Just today? When was it last working?

Sometimes forum folks from Zos will swing in by and the more info available to them, the better

As for me, as of yesterday on PC NA I visited several different banks and had no issues.

I listed several items at the bank through the Guild Stores I am in this morning. (PC/NA) I did some shopping last night in the Guild Kiosks in Wrothgar, Gold Coast and Rawkla/Daggerfall/Wayrest.

I ran into this a couple times. I just had to log off the game and log back in and go back to the bank and it worked.

I ran into blank windows over the weekend in my guild store. It would happen intermittently after listing an item. The only way to reliably fix it was to re-log. Sometimes it would go back to normal after I closed the trader window and opened it again. It happen using numerous bankers throughout the world.

hey man i've been expericencing this issue too, though i cant open my guild strore,guild bank and even guild traders
its been like 4days like this need help

@supermancup1 @GRYM.LOCKE , can you guys send mail, talk on /zone chat, and receive whispers via text chat? If not, it seems that you did something to trigger a social ban.

These things were put into place back in early 2014 when we were plagued by gold sellers. Basically you can play the game as usual, but not:

speak to /zone
whisper to individuals
send mail
use Guild Stores

That's because these functions are commonly done by gold sellers.

You can get a social ban in a number of ways, including:

swapping your set items too many times with an addon such as AlphaGear
sending out mail to an entire Guild using an addon like MailR
sending out mail to an entire Guild using an addon like MailR which contains the word "gold" (learnt my lesson on that one - I was trying to help people use the Guild Store better and referred to "gold tempers" as well as "selling"!)
allegedly - farming too efficiently
allegedly - grinding too hard

Post in this thread to get a ZOS employee to look at the situation. Also submit a support ticket in game. Let them know you're not a bot, you're a real person!

My issue has been fixed- but for the life of me, I can't figure out why they stopped my account. Plus, I didn't even receive a notice that I was "banned" from those activities. Everything. Just. Stopped.

The only thing I can think of is the fact that I was grinding to upgrade my Fighter's Guild skill line. Maybe it's because I killed a lot of zombies? I don't know... but if that's the case- then, perhaps ZoS should offer better ways to level your NINTH CHARACTER to maximum skills. After about the third full-storyline quest... the content tends to get repetitive. So, characters 4-9 are, of course, going to be a grind.

I am having same issue right now. I am playing on PC.

When I talk to bank NPC, there is no option for Guild Store and Guild Bank. I can't see items sold by guild traders as well. When I talk to them, there is only "Good bye" option. I tried using different characters in one account, but still same. Anyone know what happen ?

I explained it literally two posts higher up. You appear to have got a social ban. I can't tell you why it's happened, because I don't know what you did. However, the only way to get the ban lifted is to submit a support ticket in game and/or post in that other thread to let a ZOS employee know that you are a real person, not a gold farmer.

I've been confused because I am having the same issue as well, scoured the internet looking for any similar posts only finding yours. I've tried the guild trader and guild bank options on my different toons thinking it was just that one, but it seems to be my entire account. But to clarify, the guild traders are not working, and the bank only gives me the option for my bank...I have four guilds all of which have bank unlocked.
