Nightblades Need A Nerf!

    @Casterial yeah if they doing it based off pve then that is truly not smart

    And here I'd say that they're basing it off of PvP with their completely idiotic balance decisions.

    NBs are not popular because of their skills/passives or anything like that. They are popular due to the "Rule of Cool" where most new players find the Roguish Style awesome.

    On the other hand, currently there are far more Magicka Templars than Stamina NBs. If you want OP, check these guys. High Damage - Check. Crazy Healing - Check. High Survivability - Check. Good Sustain - Check. Great Utility - Check.

    Instant of "nerfing" classes that are fun to play (as zeni "masterminds" always do) they should buff more others until they finally balance them!
    Btw i dont play NB in cyro, actually i dont play at all lately due to lag.

    There are so many ways to counter a NB, which isn't even an OP class (nor the strongest), and ppl still complain about them?

    Shadow Image -> Disguise -> Ambush -> Incap -> Teleport

    Unless they're archers, then it's Disguise -> Snipe

    honestly what the hell is the point of the arrows if he has a fake plastic nerf gun, the gun obviously can crit for 100,000k damage... best for PvP/PvE/PvWhateverTheF*

    Go into Cyrodiil and you are going to see a vast majority doing the following.
    • Bombard weaving from max distance
    • Sieging from max distance
    • Radiant spamming from max distance
    • NB's wombocomboing from stealth, if they fail, re-enter and try again

    No one wants to engage in any actual combat that requires retaliation. They have made Cyrodiil that bad that people are seeking any method to earn AP without having to go through all the BS thats in the game. People are going to play the class that avoid the BS most.

    All these class balance issues would be resolved by removing PvP from the game.
    As a roleplayer, I support this idea.

    All the nerfing of content would be resolved if there weren't a bunch of wannabe hero RP'rs around that only light attacks and when they die they come screaming on the forums for the content to get nerfed as their "amazing" hero got killed since they didn't want to learn to play the game. ;)

    As a person that likes a challenge I support removing the RP opportunities in this game. :P

    There're a lot of players that can not be 'one-shotted' by my stamnb. 50/50.

    I have to disagree with the low defense part. A nightblade can get the same armor as a passive that DK's get from the skill, hardened armor, every time you hit surprise strike, which has a higher base value than flame lash and lowers the targets mitigation by 8%. There is no magicka sustain in between those two conditions and you don't earn extra for ultimate generated over cost. We have stamina return, but it's highly diminished by being based on max stam with a magicka cost. It's not like for example refreshing shadows which gives 15% health/magicka/stamina recovery. Our high damage only comes through Molten Armament heavy attacks, it's there but it's not really realistic in a working environment.

    If you can nearly one shot people with jabs... where do you get off having a problem with 50 ultimate cost for another classes ability that nearly one shots? How much of an issue do you have with jabs cost and damage? And how often do you voice that on the forums?

    And lets stop considering it a one shot. The reality is that the majority (no anectodal evidence please) of the nightblade kills from stealth are like a 3 or 4 shot. Heavy with surprise and incap. Maybe executioner. Fired very quickly.

    I can run 1.2k regen on a stam DK and NEVER run out, while a stamNB I need 2.5k+, and my StamNB can no where near tank as much.

    Again, read the entire forums. I don't run jabs, I was giving examples. Jabs can hit on any good build about 10-12k.

    Stam dk is far better than stamblade. Thats a fact.

    Nope, it's cuz DKs get resources back when using an Ultimate
