All these class balance issues would be resolved by removing PvP from the game.

I can 1shot people with my DK ult, I can nearly 1shot people with Temp Jabs.
The issue with NB is Incap is 50 ult cost and does 12-15k damage. That is the only real issue I have with them outside of fear.

I have to disagree with the low defense part. A nightblade can get the same armor as a passive that DK's get from the skill, hardened armor, every time you hit surprise strike, which has a higher base value than flame lash and lowers the targets mitigation by 8%. So it hits with a much higher base damage and gives you 8% mitigation and removes 8% mitigation from the target. Not to mention 20% dodge on blur with minor resolve/ward which is comparable to the DKs scaled armor, and stealth.
I also have to disagree with the high sustain on DK. The only magicka sustain in the class is battle roar. However due to our lack of burst, defiles, or executes, Ultimates are withheld until absolutely needed or to finish someone off. There is no magicka sustain in between those two conditions and you don't earn extra for ultimate generated over cost. We have stamina return, but it's highly diminished by being based on max stam with a magicka cost. It's not like for example refreshing shadows which gives 15% health/magicka/stamina recovery. Our high damage only comes through Molten Armament heavy attacks, it's there but it's not really realistic in a working environment.

If you can nearly one shot people with jabs... where do you get off having a problem with 50 ultimate cost for another classes ability that nearly one shots? How much of an issue do you have with jabs cost and damage? And how often do you voice that on the forums?
Stam dk is far better than stamblade. Thats a fact.
