From a reply to one of my support tickets with ZOS received before, some good news:
We have identified a cause of the majority of the crashes to dashboard and crash loops that some characters are getting caught in on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The highest volume of crash loops we’re seeing are in and around Orsinium and Wrothgar, especially where you pick up and do Crafting Writs, and to a lesser degree in Elden Root and Grahtwood. We are rolling out this fix on Wednesday, July 6. Once this fix goes live, you should no longer see frequent crashes to dashboard and crash loops on specific characters.
Every time I log onto a level 50 character I'm sent mail stating that I've reached level 160. I honestly didn't need the mail the first time, so for it to continue coming is just annoying.

So now there's an Implosion exploit? Sometimes I think people just call things they don't approve of exploits, like with Incapacitating Strike. I see no exploit there either.

Sorcerer - Storm Calling - Implosion: Fixed an issue where the Physical Damage proc from Rank I of this passive ability was always firing.
Even with this change, there is still ton's of discussion regarding this set and it being to powerful. Check PTS forum page for more discussion regarding this set. Thread titled "Fix Maelbeth".PATCH 2.4.8 Exploration & Itemization - Item Sets - Scourge Harvester: Fixed an issue where the heal from this item set’s proc was incorrectly double-dipping in the Critical Strike Chance modifier, and gaining double the benefit.
PATCH 2.4.7 - World - Vampire - Dark Stalker: Fixed an issue where this passive ability was reducing the Movement Speed penalty of Crouch by 50% instead of 100%. This ability’s tooltip has also been updated to better describe its bonuses.
PATCH 2.4.7 Crafting & Economy - Alchemy - Potion tooltips will not currently display the improved duration from Medicinal Use passive. This is a display issue only.
PATCH 2.4.7 Combat & Gameplay -General :
-Made some additional adjustments to all charge abilities (Shield Charge, Critical Charge, etc.) to prevent charging in invalid locations.
-Fixed an issue that was causing the incorrect idle animations to sometimes play after weapon swapping. For example, holding a two-handed weapon with one hand as if your character was dual wielding.
PATCH 2.4.6 Nightblade - Assassination - Teleport Strike: Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs could be used to get on top of Keep walls.
This one is still in pts but there are a lot more things still breaking cloak. There was an exploit. 100% proc chance of implosion if you only put 1 point into the passive. Which means caltrops or hurricane was instant death if you were below 25% health.
This is the reason i have stopped playing pvp in cryodill. Many people have made stamsorc's recently. Some of them will put 2 points into Implosion and will have no idea of the Exploit.. however i know many stamsorcs who have been using it.
The vampirism speed change deemed a bug is another reason i havent logged on eso for awhile. I find it pathetic on Zos's part that they changed the tooltip to reflect the change and later called it a bug when everyone complained about it. Il existe une autre cause de plantages en Orsinium sur laquelle nous travaillons, mais elle est facile à éviter. Si vous voyagez rapidement vers l’oratoire d’Orsinium (la ville), et courez immédiatement vers la ville, surtout si vous activez un bonus de vitesse de déplacement, cela pourrait entraîner un plantage. Attendre quelques secondes avant de bouger diminuera grandement vos chances de plantage. Le problème sera résolu dans un prochain patch.
