This is frustrating.

After wasting 11,000 + Crowns on the EU Server when the game launched, I was sad to learn that all of my purchased DLC (Wrothgar and Orsinium when they released)
In January, I decided that rather than re-purchasing all of that DLC, I would cave and spring for the ESO Plus sub. I'm not a big fan of subscription gaming, but there's value as long as ZOS keeps with their pace releasing new content quarterly that I don't have to individually pay for, and the crowns per month are a nice bonus, also.

However, since subscribing on January (2nd I believe) I've now had 6 renewals. Of those 6 renewals, I've had 3 instances of not receiving my crowns, not receiving the ESO Plus bonuses, and most importantly not receiving access to the DLC, for which I am paying the subscription. This is a 50% failure rate.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged for the renewal back on the 24th!

Yeah, I'll submit a ticket, and It will probably be fixed within a few hours, but I shouldn't have to. The billing works flawlessly, of course, so why can't you make sure that in that 8 days you have a means of confirming payment and ensuring I have access to the content I'm paying for.

Fix this, ZOS
It is not your ability, so much as your willingness to do what is right that will set you apart from the rest.

I recently subscribed at the beginning of June, mainly to get the crafting bag. My ESO Plus subscription just renewed (I received an email to that effect), but suddenly I couldn't access the crafting bag nor was I getting the other Plus perks.

I submitted a trouble ticket and was told to (1) restart my Xbox, and if that didn't work (2) contact Microsoft support to have my subscription cancelled. So I just spent the last 45 minutes chatting with Microsoft support. After many futile troubleshooting steps, they cancelled my Plus subscription. I was told to wait an hour and then resubscribe.

But honestly, if I'm going to have to jump through these hoops every month, I'm not sure it's worth it. I may just go back to playing without ESO Plus...

This level of service is unacceptable. When people purchase the game, they expect it to work. When people purchase the game, AND pay a subscription, they expect more. I could even be more tolerant if there was an issue within billing where the subscription isn't charged correctly, and thus doesn't trigger in-game content. This, though, this is ridiculous.

@ZOS_DaryaK - In previous threads, you seem to be the one people turn to in these situations.

Just as an FYI, I've already logged out of and into ESO, Reset the game, Restarted the XBOX, and hard reset the XBOX multiple times. Microsoft is refunding me the subscription, but this is not an acceptable workaround. No workaround should be necessary on a paid service, but most certainly not having to use Microsoft Support to refund so that I can go right back out and purchase the same content. This is something ZOS needs to be working on. Known Billing and account issues should probably be fixed before anything else in the game, because that's a source of revenue.

Please let us know exactly who is working on this issue. Please be sure there is a thread with open communication to let us know what the process is and when we can expect a fix.

IF there already is one, please link it for us here.

Same for me. Had the email last night from Microsoft about ESO plus renewal. Now when I log in, it says I am not a member.
    So very,very frustrating.

Same here I had my renewal email at 3am low and behold no ESO plus.... As much as I'm tempted to contact Microsoft as suggested, THEY should run around to fix this not me spending however long to try and fix this myself as a paying customer :/

I have the same problem—ESO Plus suddenly quit two days ago. Microsoft told me that this is definitely a problem at Bethesda's end and that the bug was flagged to them in June and has been rearing its head frequently ever since. They say that cancelling at their end fixes the problem (often temporarily) but that it is too bad that Bethesda won't get on and fix it, since it isn't really up to Microsoft to handle the fallout. If true, this situation sucks.

I've spent hours following the suggestions from customer support, I still don't have access to DLC content. All of the other eso plus benefits are in place again after I rebooted and relogged (after cancelling and restarting my initial eso subscription), just no DLCs. So I submitted another ticket and now they want me to have Microsoft cancel and refund my subscription *again* to see if that works. I think at this point I'm more bothered by the horrendous customer service than by not having dlc access.

I personally haven't had problems with ESO Plus, but I play on PC, and I think it's not mere coincidence that most of you play on xbox, and going by a former thread the problem isn't necessarily ZOS's fault ...

I haven't got crowns on my Xbox account form ESO plus. Thinking of just canceling. Been play ESO on PC for a the past 2 weeks. Might just stay with PC and for up on Xbox cuz it's nothing but problems, like dash boarding all the time.

After cancelling my ESO Plus subscription, I've decided not to re-subscribe. It's way too much hassle to have this same problem every month. I'll just go back to creating mule characters to hold my excess inventory.

ZOS just lost me as an ESO Plus subscriber.

I have the same problem. Logged in just now on xbox one and says I'm not active. Then I go to buy eso plus and Microsoft store says I have 1 month sub and it will renew on August 4th. Things just keep getting better and better for this game. And instead of fixing all the issues, they continue to promote DLC.. I have yet to play dark brotherhood because I'm getting kicked and frozen and dashboarded so much I know I won't enjoy it. And now eso plus isn't active apparently.. Not saying this as a threat, but I think I'll just cancel it and stop playing eso for the next few months or so. Maybe there will be slightly less irritating issues.
