What is causing this?

The last 2 months or so about every 10th login +- I get the message “your computer is not authorized”. I understand this is to protect my account and I truly do appreciate that but prior to 2 months ago I only got that message if I was on my portable computer getting a different IP. Or loading the game on a new computer. The other problem is the messages with the authorized code takes hours to get to me. The third issue is I don’t know of an ESO phone number I can call to get the code. This is all very frustrating. Does anybody know what is triggering these “your computer is not authorized messages?”

✭✭✭✭✭The authorized code is almost instantaneous for me to my e-mail (most recently needed an IP address re-check from the game after upgrading to Windows 10).
I suggest you start a CS ticket to get some help ... and see if this thread can get moved by a forum mod to the "General Help" section.

The authorization code use to be instantaneous about a year ago, but recently it takes 3 to 4 hours. (I have talked to the ISP and have a friend that works there when looking at the email logs the message is not sent for 3 to 4 hours) As for my IP both my private RFC 1918 address is reserved in my DHCP server and my public NAT-ed ARIN space IP has not changed in 8 years my internet provider issues static IP blocks if you pay for it.
