What is causing this?
The last 2 months or so about every 10th login +- I get the message “your computer is not authorized”. I understand this is to protect my account and I truly do appreciate that but prior to 2 months ago I only got that message if I was on my portable computer getting a different IP. Or loading the game on a new computer. The other problem is the messages with the authorized code takes hours to get to me. The third issue is I don’t know of an ESO phone number I can call to get the code. This is all very frustrating. Does anybody know what is triggering these “your computer is not authorized messages?”
