My brother and I bought eso about a week ago from the steam sale. Around two hours ago we were trying to do the daily random dungeon and he gets kicked. When he tried logging back in it said his account/password is incorrect, and when he tries to sign in at account.elderscrollsonline it says his account is suspended. He tried contacting support but they haven't responded. We're kind of at a loss at what to do. His account is ikanasai5 and his support ticket number is 160630-003102 if thats any help.
