1) Stolen and laundered items, should be tradable.
Reason: The RP community tends to make their own fun. Tradable stolen items are often something we use with "[Link In Chat]" to assist RP, but it's maddening that we can not give these things as gifts, RP props, or use them as scavenger hunt items for player-made quests. Why they're not tradable, and currently auto-bound, is a baffling choice by the dev team.
2) Vampire Mist Form should not be impeded by roots.
Reason: Currently guards are able to root a vampire in mist form. I'm sure this is not intended and seems to have escaped the bug team.
3) Unable to exit a building once attacked by a guard.
Reason: Clearly you've made guards unkillable, so getting attacked by a guard in a building is a guaranteed death sentence with no chance of escape. This feels forced and without any recourse.
4) Guards should, perhaps, not do as much damage as they currently do.
Reason: While I respect you don't want high level players to run around killing all the guards, so them being essentially immortal, it may at least be a generous change to make them not hit so bloody hard. I've been slain in under four seconds, from time to time and perhaps this is an issue of crit hits but, guards, seems to have been endowed with the power of the gods. Some consideration could be given to this.
5) "Timely Escape", the Thieves Guild skill, has been useless, thus far.
Reason: For as long as I've had it I have found no use for this. Perhaps I simply don't seem to know what I'm looking for but I've never seen a thief with a torch standing around willing to help me out when a godly guard decides to unleash the power of hell on me.
6) Player optional PVP.
Reason: It strikes me as a simple thing, to be able to implement, a "PVP ON" checkbox, that a player could toggle, much like "Helmet Visibility", to allow that player to allow PVP requests casually. The checkbox is off, then you won't see any requests. The checkbox is on, then other players, with the checkbox ON, can initiate and receive a request. Simple yes? Some of us, would enjoy this.
6) Heavier benefits/flaws system for vampires and werewolves would be nice...
Reason: It's a shame to see vampires and werewolves so under utilized in ESO. There's no quests that we can participate in beyond the original starting quest and that's highly disappointing. Also, while they are both quite advantageous in combat, it's often used like a tool, to gain a slight advantage without truly being utilized to it's fullest and this is likely because there's no casual down-side to being cursed by Hercine or Lamae Bal.
If I had my druthers, there would be a "Hardcore" option that a player could turn on, in character settings, allowing a stronger benifit for their werewolf or vampire characters, that would also come with a strong set of flaws, such as a sunlight damage system for vampires and perhaps a moonlight transformation system for werewolves. It would also seem to me that stage 3-4 vampires and actively transformed werewolves should instantly gain assault by guards as part of this. I know that not everyone would want these things but rather, these things could be optional, with a cool-down timer for changing settings, to avoid abuse, but I have always felt that the vampire and werewolf in ESO, while quite fun, is sorely lacking in content and this could help.
7) Vampire only mount: Cloud of bats. Werewolf only mount: Fast running wolf-form
Reason: A heavy dose of amazing flavor items added to the game?
8) Warp-spasm werewolf transformation.
Reason: The transformation used in the werewolf mission, IS AMAZING. For heaven sake, could we have that as the default transformation, or perhaps added as the animation used for a social-only werewolf transformation? And on that note...
9) Transform into a werewolf, socially.
Reason: This has come up before as something I hear often, within guilds. I don't know how this could be managed but, I would imagine any combat would cancel the transformation but, I mention this as a matter of request.
10) Saved search parameters option for guild stores.
Reason: It's a severe pain, when searching for something hard to find, going from store to store, having to reset the search parameters every time you go to a different store. This, is a REAL pain and it causes what should be a simple task, into a long and arduous task, when I have to travel from vendor to vendor and it gets worse when I have to travel to multiple areas. Saved searches, YES, PLEASE.
