1) Stolen and laundered items, should be tradable.
Reason: The RP community tends to make their own fun. Tradable stolen items are often something we use with "[Link In Chat]" to assist RP, but it's maddening that we can not give these things as gifts, RP props, or use them as scavenger hunt items for player-made quests. Why they're not tradable, and currently auto-bound, is a baffling choice by the dev team.

2) Vampire Mist Form should not be impeded by roots.
Reason: Currently guards are able to root a vampire in mist form. I'm sure this is not intended and seems to have escaped the bug team.

3) Unable to exit a building once attacked by a guard.
Reason: Clearly you've made guards unkillable, so getting attacked by a guard in a building is a guaranteed death sentence with no chance of escape. This feels forced and without any recourse.

4) Guards should, perhaps, not do as much damage as they currently do.
Reason: While I respect you don't want high level players to run around killing all the guards, so them being essentially immortal, it may at least be a generous change to make them not hit so bloody hard. I've been slain in under four seconds, from time to time and perhaps this is an issue of crit hits but, guards, seems to have been endowed with the power of the gods. Some consideration could be given to this.

5) "Timely Escape", the Thieves Guild skill, has been useless, thus far.
Reason: For as long as I've had it I have found no use for this. Perhaps I simply don't seem to know what I'm looking for but I've never seen a thief with a torch standing around willing to help me out when a godly guard decides to unleash the power of hell on me.

6) Player optional PVP.
Reason: It strikes me as a simple thing, to be able to implement, a "PVP ON" checkbox, that a player could toggle, much like "Helmet Visibility", to allow that player to allow PVP requests casually. The checkbox is off, then you won't see any requests. The checkbox is on, then other players, with the checkbox ON, can initiate and receive a request. Simple yes? Some of us, would enjoy this.

6) Heavier benefits/flaws system for vampires and werewolves would be nice...
Reason: It's a shame to see vampires and werewolves so under utilized in ESO. There's no quests that we can participate in beyond the original starting quest and that's highly disappointing. Also, while they are both quite advantageous in combat, it's often used like a tool, to gain a slight advantage without truly being utilized to it's fullest and this is likely because there's no casual down-side to being cursed by Hercine or Lamae Bal.

If I had my druthers, there would be a "Hardcore" option that a player could turn on, in character settings, allowing a stronger benifit for their werewolf or vampire characters, that would also come with a strong set of flaws, such as a sunlight damage system for vampires and perhaps a moonlight transformation system for werewolves. It would also seem to me that stage 3-4 vampires and actively transformed werewolves should instantly gain assault by guards as part of this. I know that not everyone would want these things but rather, these things could be optional, with a cool-down timer for changing settings, to avoid abuse, but I have always felt that the vampire and werewolf in ESO, while quite fun, is sorely lacking in content and this could help.

7) Vampire only mount: Cloud of bats. Werewolf only mount: Fast running wolf-form
Reason: A heavy dose of amazing flavor items added to the game?

8) Warp-spasm werewolf transformation.
Reason: The transformation used in the werewolf mission, IS AMAZING. For heaven sake, could we have that as the default transformation, or perhaps added as the animation used for a social-only werewolf transformation? And on that note...

9) Transform into a werewolf, socially.
Reason: This has come up before as something I hear often, within guilds. I don't know how this could be managed but, I would imagine any combat would cancel the transformation but, I mention this as a matter of request.

10) Saved search parameters option for guild stores.
Reason: It's a severe pain, when searching for something hard to find, going from store to store, having to reset the search parameters every time you go to a different store. This, is a REAL pain and it causes what should be a simple task, into a long and arduous task, when I have to travel from vendor to vendor and it gets worse when I have to travel to multiple areas. Saved searches, YES, PLEASE.

    This is not possible for stolen items as you could then pass off your stolen items to someone else, pay your bounty to the guard, and then get them back again, avoiding the fact that the guard should take them away. I agree that laundered items should be tradeable.

    If you can avoid being hit by the guard for long enough, you can actually use the doors.

    The point of guards is to avoid and evade, rather than fight, but a bit less damage wouldn't be a bad thing.

    Based on your description, since it's using invites, I'm assuming that's duelling, rather than opt-in open world PvP? If so, I believe they have said that duelling is in development.

    Agreed. More things to do would be nice. The hardcore mode certainly sounds interesting.

    Ah yeah, good responses on all.

    On item #1, I did not mean stolen items that that had not yet been laundered. I only meant that stolen LAUNDERED items should be tradeable.

    Item #6 (PVP): Yeah dueling, although, eventually I should like to see an opt-in open world PVP based on bounties and the potential for a "Law Guild" sort of thing to oppose the thieves/Dark Brotherhood guilds. I stress "OPT IN", lest people get worrisome. Opt-ins should be rewarded somehow. The notion rewarding opting in should also apply to Vampires and Werewolves that accept that they shouldn't be showing off in cities and such.

    Hopefully, all of these things come across as non-game balance breaking, while adding to the general overall fun level.

    **It would be great to have some different ways to escape guards indoors, like an open window, or air vent of some sort, with the same "Timely Escape" fellow thief showing the way. Guard damage could be toned down, but maybe that should be tied to either another Thieves Guild skill or overall TG level; the higher, the less damage you take due to your fantastic evasion craft.

    **As far as that Borderlands style dueling for the entire world space, I'm really not interested in seeing thousands of players with their 1v1 exploding all over town while I'm either questing, shopping, or crafting. If you mean in Cyrodiil, I think that is planned. That said, if they instituted a separate server for open world PvP with different quests, goals, rewards, and such, then that is perfectly fine.

    **The guild store searches have to be VASTLY improved, and remembering our last set of parameters for each store (at least during the same session) is a great start.

    **All your suggestions for WW and Vamp are great, but I hope they add other transformation types. I want to unleash my inner Daedroth when someone spills my mead.

    Hey hey! Old thread, but I have been meaning to get back to this one because a LOT of things I've mentioned have changed for the better, especially vampire things and quality of life things. Thank you!

    I ALSO noticed, with the new update, a mission that RECOGNIZES a vampire character as a vampire. MORE OF THIS!!! We love seeing game choices have in-game effect and reaction!
    • Now we just have to get those stolen items set to tradable once laundered.
    • Also, we have to do something about that Blade of Woe overlap with Vampire Feeding. It would have not been so much of an issue in conjunction with the OLD way we dealt with feeding and Vampire stages, but now, it's a real pain for us murderous vampire types. Simply allow us to remap Blade of Woe and Vampire Feed. I'd happily put Blade of Woe on one of my many keyboard keys.

    • Perhaps I don't like displaying mine or seeing other's global tag, when they're near me. Can I turn my global tag off? (Perhaps I overlooked how)



    And I know it's pie in the sky, but...
    • Let vampires toggle as mist-form/bat-cloud outside of combat.
    • Let werewolves toggle wolf-form outside of combat. (Because we want to see that beautiful warp-spasm transformation we only get to see once in the "Hercine's Hunt"mission. Let us use it!)

    5/ I've used timely escape several times and it's awesome, though sometimes through the panic I wasn't able to get to them in time.

    10/ The AwesomeGuildStore addon saves guild store search history and favourites. But it would be nice to have it already in-game.

    Pretty please with a pile of cherries. We console stepkids don't get add-ons to do this for us, and the lack of a centralized auction house means setting the same search 5-50 times when shopping for the best deal. They'll need a Reset button, but this seems easy and overdue to me.

    And, if I may:

    11) Craft the same way we sell, by setting quantities and calculating price.

    I don't know who else crafts food for cash the way I do, but hitting the X button hundreds of times with a (1-2 second wait between each) is utterly maddening.

    When I go to sell that food, I can set the quantity and the total price is calculated...why can't I craft the same way?

    If I have enough materials to make 50 Markath Mead worth 5 Gold, and the Chef/Brewer passives to make 4 servings each time, then 50 x 4 x 5 = 1000 Gold. Ta da!

    Even if you're still leveling the craft in question, the "inspiration" is just another variable in a simple formula.

    I've had this passive since it came out and *finally* saw it activated this week. Unfortunately, it was completely non-obvious what I had to do. I saw the NPC, approached him, he disappeared, and ???? Watching the video posted by Enodoc I see the NPC is supposed to teleport me somewhere which didn't occur in my case...no idea why not.
