Mainstory quest is bugged - can't move on

Hi!
I've been stuck for five days and in-game support simply ignores my questions.
My toon is named Adelaide.
Quest is named "Shadow of Sancre Tor".
I can't make this stage: "Consecrate the shrines in the Dragonguard Tomb and the Reman Vault"
I come to the shrine, press E to use it, Sai starts his speech and nothing happens after that at all. Marker save it's position, next door doesn't open.
I reload ui, relog, same story.
I wait for some time so the quest starts from the beginning, go to the shrine - same story again.
I'm stuck and can't move on.
Solve this issue, please.
And stop ignoring support questions.

I had this bug with another character but finished this bloody quest after some tries
And now I have the same bloody bug with my third toon.

It's the main quest and I can't pass it on without bugs?
Every my char had bugs in mainstory line that blocked progress and I had to make smth special to pass it.

I remember encountering this bug when I first played ESO at launch. I was recently talked into playing again by some friends.
Guess, what? I run in and am stuck with the SAME bug that I had on launch.
Come on Matt, I realize you guys can't fix everything, but hasn't this affected enough people to the point where you can have someone go in and change the quest??1 -
LensarSoul ShrivenLet the instance time out and waited a few days to try it again. Just now finished going to the same spot and ended up with the exact same problem.
The step is "Go to the Reman Vault"
When I used "E" on the shrine, I noticed a doorway (marked with a quest indicator) appear briefly on my mini-map then disappear. After the shrine animation was complete, I was once again stuck with no doorway or way point indicating how to continue the quest.
I'll probably wait and try it again tomorrow or the next day. Maybe I'm just old school, but I remember a time when main story character progression bugs were a pretty high priority to fix, not something that would remain in a game for years and years.0
