Interesting changes that they made, indeed. It doesn't seem like the changes are really that drastic, either. If they lowered one race's ability- they added a whole new ability to supplement it. Smart thinking!
Altmer, Divine Heritage: 10% chance to acquire an additional Skyshard when finding a Skyshard.
Argonian, Amphibian Efficiency: 20% chance to not use up a potion when using one.
Bosmer, Shade of the Green: Harder to detect by NPCs.
Breton, Merethic Knowledge: Get 10% more experience from all sources.
Dunmer, Ancestors' Gift: 15% chance to trap a soul on kill; Weapon charges drain 50% slower.
Imperial, Imperial Luck: Always find a little more gold.
Khajiit, Deft Paws: Lockpicks never break, 20% harder to detect when lockpicking.
Nord, Party Hearty: All foods and drinks last until you log out.
Orc, Wrothgarian Arts: No armor degradation.
Redguard, Smiths of the West: Find 5% more materials when refining.
lololol
On second thought... that Argonian racial change isn't very good at all. I just realized that my CP667 Argonian tank is now useless. All that tanking gear... gone.
They may want to increase the max magicka for Argonians if they want to keep it as a "healer" race. 3% ain't sh*t.
They read my bloody post and took it seriously!

Exactly.
What use does my Argonian Tank have for Healing Done? Healing Received is so much more useful.

Am I the only one bummed that the Argonians got their swimming speed ability taken away? Sure, it's silly and not very useful, but... Argonians swim. It's what they do. I hate seeing a flavorful ability, no matter how silly, go. XD
And rightly so. It should be at least 10%.If I were a Khajiit, I'd be offended at that 5% Extre Pickpocket chance...
I thought it was a rather curious change myself. It appears to a balance tweak to Argonian tanks. Their self-healing will remain the same, but they'll receive less healing from other people in the group. On second thought... that Argonian racial change isn't very good at all. They still have their swim speed, it's just now moved to a different passive.

okay racial changes are terrible.... they are now forcing your hand by ricial choise... and they keep the silly skills like increases skill learning... what does that do for us when we are endgame....
Play what you want how you want just completely turned into a lie...
Some racials are still very OP...
