We are a guild expressly created to assist/help all members and any other players requiring such (espcially Newbies). We are based in PvE but some of our new members express an interest in trying PvP thus we are forced to advertise as we do not have PvP expertise. Rather than simply ask for a PvP expert we thought we would give the post a purpose:- Thus

Professional, dedicated PvP Soldier required for uncompromising long term service .
While Aldmeri Dominion would be preferred we are willing to discuss any alliance for a truly exceptional person - this is in response to several of the posts below.
Responsible only to the Guild Leader/deputy you will recruit/build an army for PvP to bring honour to the guild.

This is no half way housee - You can do it in all campaigns or you can't. As member of the guild you will be ranked as an officer and given the trust of an independant command subject to myself as Guild Leader and my Deputy only. We do not give second chances!

As Brigadier you will be expected to:-
1. Recruit and train your army for service in Cyrodil - all soldiers will be members of the guild in a special ranking system to distinguish them for ease of contact.
2. Arrange for and/or provide an escort into Cyrodil for any PvE member (of any alliance) who needs to go to Cyrodil for quest/shard or adventure irrespective of alliance giving them full and uncompromising protection.
3. You will (eventually) attempt (and succeed) in making yourself Emporer of Cyrodil in all campaigns in the name of the guild.
4. You will claim all castles; temples and gates in Cyrodil for the Guild and maintain full defence of those claims
5. You will provide/arrange for full training for any member who wishes to participate in PvP whether part or full time including armour; skills; cp points and all other aspects..
6. You will act under the direct orders of myself as Guild Leader or my Deputy. No other officer may give you orders. We expect our orders to be obeyed but will expect questions/advice although our decision is final. This you must accept.
7. On Cyrodil journeys your soldiers will come under the orders of the person/persons undertaking the quest. They, equally, will listen to advice given and in the event of a serious fight will take orders from the Captain until the danger is passed.
8. You will prove yourself to be tolerant, patient and understanding with an ability to command loyalty/confidence in your soldiers and confidence from your guild members
9. Ranking; deputies etc will be decided by yourself and the power to promote or demote your soldiers will be yours unless otherwise directed by myself as Guild leader or my deputy.Not unaturally we expect, in fact demand, loyalty to House Tertia. membership of other guilds is, of course, permitted.accepted but PvP belongs to House Tertia

Obviously we do not expect you to provide all these services in person so your organisational skills will be called into action to provide the necessary divisions and groups - rather like the Platoon/Regiment system in normal armies. Provided the services are there when they are needed you have a free hand to organise/delegate.

House Tertia is a small 'Elite' guild whose members are dedicated to assisting New PLayers within the game to achieve their ambitions from level 1 upwards. Unlike other guilds we do not recruit newbies then ignore them. One of our major problems is the lack of expertise in PvP therefore we cannot give the guidance/experience in this area that the Guild feels is necessary. Another problem we come across time and time again is travelling into Cyrodil to undertake a delve and being 'bounced' and killed repeatedly by players with no thought except for themsleves - for this type of thing we need protection and revenge (it is not always possible to get a group).
As an officer of the guild you will be expected to participate in guild matters pertaining to PvP - in other matters you are welcome but it is not compulsory.
In addition to being a true expert in PvP we would like you to have a good sense of the ridiculous; mature mind and attitude. Also- if you happen to be slightly insane well ...........
