I highly highly doubt that a guild few if any, have heard of from the proper EU PvP guilds would let or be beaten by a unknown guild taking emp on all campaigns, sounds a bit RP to me to be fair.
And if your lot are legendary PvPers, how come even people on your own alliance have never heard of you?

Not 100% roleplay but we take the life of Tamriel quite seriously. Yes - the campaign will take months to complete (if at all). As for whether the other factions will agree or not - we don't really care very much - If the applicant can build a good enough army why should we? After all - whichever allaince the applicant is will be winning - is that perhaps why the others won't agree?
This is about organising; planning and winning without the hassle of guild management.

well i just find it funny for someone to create a guild for a certain purpose if he lacks experience in leading / training such troops. Ofc there are people who will probably accept your offer to better themselves aswell. Even I've accepted this kind of offer a few times but not in eso ^^0 -

It is very easy to get all the skyshards in Cyro on your own anyways, and I have helped a few people get them when I had the time, but PvP guilds in the main will not do it, its wasting man power on something that is easily doable on a solo level, plus it is PvE related too, and in any case there will be others to rise to your request, I might have done if I was AD but I lead TS only groups, pug groups are hard to handle.
And in regards to the total selfishness and bad attitude of PvPers, thats a matter of opinon, as arguably its selfish taking a team to get skyshards when there is a war going on and help is needed elsewhere, so its a matter of debate ultimately what is selfish and what is not.Once I was a lamb, playing in a green field. The guild was not created for Pvp - it was created within Tamriel with the express intention of helping/assisting any and all members. If that includes PvP for which we have no expertise then this is an obvious solution. I actually love this, go back 10 years when I was younger and had more free time (and patience lol) I would have jumped at this opportunity, the chance to mold a squad and build a strong organised team as a separate branch of the guild would be fun,
however I would most likely have gotten demoted rather fast as there would be no chance I'd be willing to escort some pve players too afraid of the evil that lurks in Cyrodiil around for pve purposes, (or ask anyone from the squad to do it) lol.
