    Nope, no green z, but in lieu of a green z and despite the outraged hyperbole you and others are presenting, you could take a more constructive tone and we could all work together to present to ZOS a consistent and tested diagnosis of the general problem in hopes of getting it fixed. Or, alternatively, you could keep being outraged as you have for MONTHS, exaggerating as you have for MONTHS, and you'll get the same result you have for MONTHS.

    So do you want to work on the problem or just vent your frustration? You're allowed to do both, but if you're not going to provide helpful information then I'd argue that you're not really helping the situation.

    It helps to brainstorm with others. Bounce ideas off one another.
    True, this is a process called trouble shooting. It clearly works fine for some folks and apparently doesn't work for some others. So instead of making demands and being generally beligerent, the community can work to troubleshoot it. Should ZOS be doing this? Probably, but again if you submit a ticket you'll be told they are overwhelmed and won't be able to help you. So if they refuse to help the best we can do is help each other help ZOS. Participate or not, up to each individual.

    I wonder if its related to buying the DLC's? I have been using my crowns to buy DLC's just incase I ever wanted to unsub. I wonder if some how it is creating a conflict and the resolution is to treat my account as though it is not ESO+.

    I'd have to check, but I'm fairly sure the only DLC I and my friends purchased was Imperial City, because we all subbed after that. And Tarafraka said he uses the same payment system I do. @Toc de Malsvi which DLC's did you purchase with crowns? All of them?

    Is this a ZoS issue or Microsoft/Xbox?

    I hear your frustration and agree it needs to be addressed over a year ago but it seems like ZOS is the middle man here.

    I am on PS4 but when I buy crowns/ESO+ the transaction is through Sony's terminal. Sony processes the payment 100%. If I had a problem, I would contact the company that took my payment. Then follow up with the 3rd party (ZOS)

Have you checked with your bank (Maybe just looking at your monthly statement) to make sure the funds are being allocated at the appropriate time?

    I have three different bank accounts with three completely different banks.

    So if Wellsfargo, Bank of America and Bank of Omaha are all accepted for 100% of any PC ZOS crowns, subs and 100% of all non ESOTU Xbox payments and subscriptions....as well as per the manager who works for Microsoft and the escalation team member who works for ZOS support who after 2-3 months of back and forth had a 3 way with me and confirmed there is not an issue with any of my payment methods with Xbox. I literally sent three documents from each bank to ZOS and Microsoft. They confirmed there is not a payment issue.

    Literally the Microsoft manager said to me and ZOS support that the crowns are distributed by ZOS. For whatever reasons, ZOS is not completing their part at all. It's not even a delayed situation now going on 12 months.

    I appreciate the dialogue but I wouldn't continue to create threads and ask as well as now the 18 tickets just due to a personal issue. The entire guild that I started quit due to this last year. 46 players had this who all were on the NA server from different parts of the US.

    @NewBlacksmurf see that's good usable info, though I would take out the bank names but that's just me.

    You have the right to be upset and want this to be fixed, but I also have the right to dispute your statements whenever you make the blanket claim that it doesn't work for anyone on Xbox. Not trying to argue here just trying to help others to understand this issue and pass the information up the chain.

    And you can count on the fact that, unlike other bugs, if ZOS wasn't getting payment from EVERY sub on Xbox that this issue would be addressed quickly. The fact that it hasn't seems to suggest it's more of a localized issue. ZOS has many faults but getting their money isn't one.

    I've been in probably 20 guilds or so in this game with full membership and have never heard of anyone having a sub problem. Just want to try and work on getting it addressed for those who do.

    No issues with ESO + on Xbox and I also am unaware of anyone in any of my guilds that have an issue... And never have.

    Well on the other hand I know plenty of people who have expierenced multiple issues with eso plus on xbl including myself.

    You're entitled to that opinion just as I am equally entitled to refute the original poster's statement in probably 30 threads now that ESO + is universally broken for everyone on Xbox. See my post above for why it's important to refute this if you want to resolve the actual problem.

    So your telling me that ESO plus works perfectly fine for you on XBL? You're literally the first person I've ever talked to say it's fine.

    I think he was referring to my post, my Microsoft account has my debit card information and when I buy something through them all I do is verify that the payment information is correct. The monthy sub is taken out directly without the need for verification.

    Other than missing crowns i personally have not had an issue with ESO plus but that does not mean other people are not having issues, nor does that mean it is not a Zos problem!!

    Recalls occur when every product with the same manufacturer dates and specs have the same problem, which isn't the case here. If every 2014 civic with the same manufacturer date had the same flaw then yes, but that's again not the case here.

    It's also not limited to PC transfers as ZOS decided 6+ months ago to just give anyone on Xbox one 1500 crowns per month they signed up for ESO plus due to not being able to resolve this and then said it was fixed.

    15 days...it actually wasn't resolved and many tickets and threads were opened for many of us.

    Just go to the Xbox tech forums here and look

    Fast forward 6 more months....it's not limited to a certain type of customer or digital only vs disc....

If the account you use now on Xbox was never on PC, then again that's a separate matter and indicates something else.

The seperate console accounts are linked to the seperate ZOS account for means of support and communication but otherwise payments, status are seperated owned and operated individually by different corporations.

    The issue is with ZOS. They forgot to build in ESO plus and so when the game lauched on Xbox one there was a secrete way to access it. I tried that per support and it charged me but no crowns.

    They fixed the UI and I tried that...still was a problem.

    I tried different methods and then had to wait 60 days with a lot back n forth for each to expire. Still no crowns.

    Trust me...it's a ZOS issue.
    The ESO plus isn't even something you can access on the Xbox one like all other subscriptions. You have to go to the website to even see it

    See I'm wondering if their crown disbursement system still thinks you're technically on PC and thus not sending them through Microsoft or something. We will need a larger sample size of people to come in here and confirm, but it seems like we may be on to something.

    It's also not limited to PC transfers as ZOS decided 6+ months ago to just give anyone on Xbox one 1500 crowns per month they signed up for ESO plus due to not being able to resolve this and then said it was fixed.

    15 days...it actually wasn't resolved and many tickets and threads were opened for many of us.

    Just go to the Xbox tech forums here and look

    Fast forward 6 more months....it's not limited to a certain type of customer or digital only vs disc....

    Evidence suggests otherwise. Your stating your account that you transferred from PC to Xbox is no longer used? Because if you play on the same characters that you played on PC, that would mean you're playing the same account, which is a traditional transfer. If you first subbed on PC and transferred, and are having troubles with your sub then that's indicative that wires may have gotten crossed somewhere, which supports preliminary guesses. If the account you use now on Xbox was never on PC, then again that's a separate matter and indicates something else.

    I think the obvious is that your account was later than mine therefore those who started this game on "X" date for console have the Xbox one issues where others after ZOS said they fixed seem not to have this issue.

    That's been pretty consistent so the first 1.2 million folks who purchased the game per ZOS on Xbox one who created an account (which was another issue tied to this) have the issue.
    Not necessarily 100% but per ZOS hundreds of thousands of accounts.

    Alright sir. I refuse to engage you further. If you continue to make posts and allege in threads that ESO+ is broken for everyone I will continue to rebut you.

    I will be happy to discuss this with anyone else however. Only requirement is that you deal in facts and reality :)

    No I am not and never have been a pc transfer. Never had multiple accounts or gamer tags. One of my officers has been corresponding with me all day as well and the same applies to him.
    He just received the infamous chet customer service response after losing his eso plus almost 6 days and ongoing counting. This has also happened to him a for the last few months as it has to me. I'm not seeing much of a pattern now that you know I'm not a transfer.

    I created my account the day esotu was released for the Xbox. I had problems getting crowns for the first 3 months. I sent multiple tickets to zos and e-mailed Microsoft several times each month.

    From the fourth month on, I've got my crowns like clockwork every month on the 9th.

    I had problems accessing dlc's once for about 10 minutes. Cleared my cache, restarted my console and never had that problem again.
    I want to change the world. I'm just to lazy to do it.

    Its not up for discussion that it's happening to a lot of people whether it was for a couple of months or that it continues...that's a fact per us and per ZOS. I was willing to respond to give you context but other than that, to suggest your opinion is fact when I'm responding off of ZOS announcements is a bit silly.

    The only thing to discuss are future changes from ZOS
