[PS4 NA] Knight Commander Panthius bug?

So I just did Kvatch Arena to do my daily quest for the day. Panthius never came out from behind the doors (I reviewed video footage to confirm this) and was declared defeated. I am hoping this will not repeat because if it does we cannot farm his Assassins League fragments... Please look into this Zenimax, in case it wasn't a one-time fluke.

    Last week when I was farming motifs, I noticed that sometime he failed to spawn at all. It seemed to be triggered b many player entering the arena at the exact moment.

    He would spawn on the next round after about an 8 minute wait.

    Well I know at least 1 player entered after it began but can't say for sure if more than 1 entered at the same time or not. Either way, it's something for Zenimax to look into for it shouldn't happen at all.

    Definitely, I just saw another thread about the arena having problems. I can't quite recall but I thought I remember PC having a problem too after release.

    Yeah I know there is another thread about it but I assumed it was a PC issue. Guess it's console...
