5 Durok's Bane, 5 Fasalla's Guile, 2 of any set. 55 points into befoul. Fasalla's debuff stacks with major defile from Durok's bane.

Skip to end of video for examples of the healing debuffs in action.

Can't use monster sets with this setup, but for a group build, I feel like it isn't as necessary. This setup is worth it IMO for the utility it brings to the table for your group.
Swap out skills for a self heal if needed, most of the time with healers in group, my self heals are irrelevant.

    I'd say if you're doing a Large Group; just stack health with this setup...Your damage will be meh anyway..you're basically there for the Meat Bag that you're going to be...

    I could agree, that's a route to go. Personally I prefer the extra stam pool for perma blocking. Honestly though, doesn't matter much in large groups xD easy mode.

    Nice setup though, I used to do a similar thing last year with meatbag + CP.

    I couldn't agree more, if everyone had a tank doing this in group... It'd be quite a show out there. Not that it wasn't already, but yeah xD.

    Honestly if I pumped 100 points into befoul instead of 55, I could almost negate healing. But I find its a bit redundant hehe.

    Hmmm Warhammer Online had Playing With Fire; which was basically a 100% heal debuff when you considered it would damn near instant kill the Healer *grin*

    Same with Rift with Last Gasp at a certain point...Casting that on anyone who had a Hot was basically death for them.

    Hmm DAOC had interrupt system....You think Heal Debuffs are nasty imagine not being able to cast because someone was hitting you...

    Fair enough. I know WoW had a Rogue build during vanilla, in which you could stunlock an enemy player for the duration of the fight(if you could even call that a fight.). That would be terribly frustrating.

    I mean an actual heal debuff though not Burst/ CC/ out damaging healing / killing the healer.

    A Meatbag was feasibly purged, and was a noticeable target.

    This combo is way more insidious but at least the fights will be shorter...

      Therefore, wouldn't your typical group v group fight already be using this debuff + Fasalla's?

      Yes, but would be a matter of what works best in practice. You are limited to how often you can drop a standard and how many people will group up for you to drop it on, where as his build is dishing out the debuff continuously regardless of where the opponents are so long as they damage him.

      You get the same results combining fasalla's with reverb, dark flare, etc any of the major defiles, just gotta put some CP into befoul.

      Great explanation for @KenaPKK , I'll try to add a bit to that.

      Standard is easily noticed, fasalla's/durok's combo is very subtle and requires more perception to continue purging it. With that said, it also HAS to be purged, whereas with a dk standard, a group can just walk out of it, negate it, etc.

      Last I'd say the biggest benefit, is that this passively grants the debuff to anyone that actively, or accidently damages me. Dropping multiple standards or actively using skills to reapply major defile, isn't as economically feasible as this combo, freeing up many ultimate and skill slots by having just one dedicated role in party. As long as I stay near my group, I'm bound to be hit by a few accidental AoEs and whatnot.

      Makes sense. Insidious was a great description for this combo -- it's so evil! haha I have watched the video since last posting here. Looks like a really solid build, and so creative! I didn't even know Durok's was a thing, and I'll bet a lot of players who have been around longer than I have all but forgotten it as well. :open_mouth:

      If I recall correctly 100% heal debuffs was one of the reasons for the major/minor buffs in the first place.
