Exquisite Tears Quest Broken?

I can't catch a wharf rat to progress in this quest, the option pops up, but I just can't pick one up, nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem, and know how to solve it, or is it a game bug that came with last patch?

This has been fixed internally and should make it to the Live servers in a patch soon. Thanks for the reports!
