The thing about using exploits in this game- some people find exploits and seek to keep them secret so they can continue to exploit to gain unfair advantage. Other people, like SRIBES here, like to incorporate them into OP builds so they can't be ignored. Honestly, I think he's doing a public service by making exploits public because ZOS never fixes anything unless everyone is doing it and it breaks PvP.
