Xbox one crashing

Places like wrothgar and eldenroot used to be fine before dark brotherhood now I crash all the time.yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away now I stop and hear the music play.i believe in yesterday

    Wrothgar has never been okay, since it's release it's frozen more consoles than you could count. Also the major factor is the amount of players that have came back... Def. not ready to see zones this populated again.

    Crashes are still happening. ZOS needs to fix this ASAP (Xbox One - NA)

    I haven't played in a few days because of all the crashing. Wish I can get my money back. Just subscribed to ESO+ and this is what I am expecting from now on?

    Not worth it if I can't play. Argh.

    I know it's time consuming, but every time I crash out or get the random load screen i create a support ticket with ZOS. I think so far over the past 2 days of playing here and there I'm nearing 15 support tickets. I hope they get as pissed and irritated seeing my tickets as I do seeing the random load screen and the Xbox dashboard. Wish more people would do this, maybe then they'd have to listen to us... but for now I'll carry on my one man crusade

    And even better is all different support people I have replying to my tickets and they all want to troubleshoot my local equipment and say if things dont work then contact Xbox support. When I tell them it's not local and it's not an Xbox issue that this is all about their developers, system engineers and lack of conviction to make the game playable again.. they stop replying to my email and wait for the ticket to auto-close in 96 hours.

    It's truly a pathetic the state they have made this game and not one person at ZOS seems to give a damn about any of it.

    No the major factor is the 16GB update, it broke Orsinium and a few other zones. I bought Orsinium about 2 months ago and maybe crashed once or twice. After the DB update I crashed constantly and over a week ago I crashed and couldn't load my character again, regardless of the time of day or night. It crashes during the load screen every time.

    You can call xbox support and read them the ZOS response, ask for a supervisor to look into it. My experience with xbnox support is that they do not want to be blamed for something out of there control. When they (Xbox Support) tell you to contact the game company, tell them you and did and read the ZOS response again. I just kept doing that.

    Perhaps we will hear a ZOS Company response of a timely fix soon, or some "communication" of these issues.

    We're still looking into this, and don't have an update beyond what we posted last week when these issues were first reported. We do have quite a few people on this, and have made it a priority to get fixed, for what it's worth. We know it's very frustrating. As soon as we have an update, we'll post it in this thread.

    Grahtwood was having issues before DBH.. now it has gotten worse.

    Could you please communicate this to your help support people, too?
    It's rather frustrating to be told to contact Xbox Live, or try to play the game in offline mode...

    The answers to the help tickets should align with the answer on the forum. Otherwise it looks like nobody at ZOS communicates, and that's not an image you want I think?

    Thank you for letting us know it's being looked into. I do have a question though. Are we going to get compensated for not being able to play? I mean after all I just started subscribing, should I cancel since crashing all the time I can't do what I want?

    You do realize that subscription is about 50 cents per day, right? Lose an entire 2 days is still pro-rated at less than a large coffee from dunkin donuts.

    Yes, it's aggravating as FARK. But it's not hitting you in the wallet.

    Adding all this content without upgrading the servers equals more crashing. I crash a lot more since the db update.

    50 cents a day or not is irrelevant. I pay a subscription and should have access when they say the game is actually up. Not to mentions crowns that were spent to purchase exp scrolls that were wasted.

    Took days for them to even acknowledge the issue that we've been telling them since the patch came out.

    If someone feels they should be compensated, that is how they feel. Who are you to judge their feeling. Not to mention. Some of us have real lives that we only have so much time to escape into a game that is now broken.

    But, you must be right... I shouldn't just be quiet and accept that the two free hours I had yesterday allowed me to do only three or so quests.

    UGH....
