Been on hold with ZOS for just over three hours now. Tried calling Gamestop to see if they could help and an actual person (outsourced, but real) answered the phone in less than 20 seconds... lol

Did GS tell you the same thing they told me? That the promised 2-business-days-after-game-ships for it to take to get our emailed codes is on a "delay" due to GS not having them, and with absolutely no estimation of when those codes might go out.

the lines get cut off when support leaves entirely for the day so they are still there...probably all huddled under cubicles crying as all of their lines are flashing at the same time.
I lost all 8 of my characters 6 were above lvl10 and higher. I need a phone number!!!!
