    Same for me, Launcher updated, but on login got the out of date client message.

    Tried a repair but still the same.

    Maybe the patch is not where it should be on the server for the launcher to find ? ;)

    I'm getting an error message which tells me that I'm running an old or invalid version of the game client. This happened after the Game Launcher updated itself today. I've got the game through Steam, running on Windows 10 PC.
    It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

    What do you mean you've escalated the matter up? This is affecting a whole load of us. Don't make it sound like it could take days to be sorted out, I am trying to get in game to see if my guild got our trader (after sitting here for 4 hours).

    Same here (PC/EU). My return to ESO after 2 years has been a bit bumpy to say the least. Not only do ESO patches take exceptionally long; there's no point patching and then not providing the updated client. Quality control at its finest.

    Part of me is impressed that they have managed to find something new to break in the game. If nothing else, they are consistent.

    I finish work in a couple of hours and fancied playing before the football this eve, if still broken then I may not be so impressed, mind. :)

    i got it slightly different. i had the launcher still open so i had the update.
    tough now i get the message of havent an invalid or wrong client
