Fixed. But chains is like a grappling hook and it should have elevation as it yanks you torwards it unlike the other gaps closers. Also Topppling charge its just a powerful rush

To be honest, I'd rather see ONLY leap work on different elevations...if something even did at all.
As a minor consolation, I hear silver leash DOES scale elevations in... "certain locations" where it may be "advantageous". ZoS has confirmed that any way one gets into an enemy keep without breaching a wall is an exploit. So depending on why you want elevationless chaining (or less strict such limitations), I'd say in PvE A-OK, do it. In PvP, some specific elevated areas NEED to be unchainable, unleapable, unteleportable, and ungapcloserable. Just imo anyway.

No mate ^ teleport strike works from the ground up to the keep. Not even at a slight angle, I mean dead vertical. That's stupid.
