What ability did they use? Green effect, got 1k weapon damage buff hit 6k+

I started doing 10k crits on each jab and noticed something was hugely buffed, looked at my stats I had 6k weapon damage. I tried asking what buff someone used but no one said anything, I was in elden hollow andn ever seen this before. So what happen?

So why did my weapon damage increase? Does this imply it actually does scale off total stamina? I always assumed that but thought I foudn out it didn't actually erffect the stats besides the abilities statsMaster Debater0
