Sometimes a thread like this can be more powerful and more relevant than a reminder of the Community Rules. It costs nothing to be civil, courteous and considerate, both here and in-game.

Blah...When I'm farming materials in Orsinium and I notice another player charging towards that sweet sweet reagent...sh!t gets real! I view it as a competition and I'm already planning my next dash before even picking it up. I don't know I see it as a competition.
Well said OP sorry you had to deal with that crap but I must say despite a few bad apples coming and going (as they do everywhere) ESO does have a good community, especially for nowadays.
Shame you're on PS : (
Why should I? To be excessively kind to a random player who most probably doesn't care about me being already closer to an ore than him? He will probably use the situation with pleasure, thinking he was better and faster. If I had millions in bank and had no reason to earn more, maybe I'd leave everything to others, including mobs, ang give away resources, but I'm still poor and ore is my main source od gold, so no, I will run for itWhen your in game and you see someone heading towards an ore you want, let them take it.
