My friend and I recently picked up the game. I can login fine and everything, but he is having trouble receiving the e-mails with the authorization codes for logging into the game. He tried to get on the support site, but the authorization code they sent him for that site never got to him, either. Is there an e-mail address to which he can send a message directly for help? Maybe a phone number to call? He's becoming quite frustrated with the whole process.
