ESO plus issues

So I played for 4 hours before I even realized my ESO plus was set to inactive then had to relog 4 times before it showed up. What can you do for me customer service wise to make up for this. That is just crappy. I keep having this same issue. To the point now I need to check to make sure it's active before I play. Which is pretty lame. So I ask again how will you make this right so I remain a customer, I will give you 72 hours to respond

    Same is happening to me. I feel like I'm wasting my money, I don't know how long I've been missing out on the extra experience and I definitely want some kind of reimbursement because this is the third time now

    The only help you'll get on these boards is from other gamers. It's just a board for us to complain to each other.

    In regards to the ESO Plus membership problems, I think it may have been related to a system-wide Xbox Live issue. Always check this link first if you're having connection or ESO Plus issues:

    Last night when I could not get my ESO Plus membership to proc, I noticed there was an Xbox Live issue for the category called "Purchase and Content Usage". It had a red mark and said that some gamers were reporting issues of not being able to use in-game purchases, digital purchases, or downloaded content. And since we actually have to get our ESO Plus membership through Xbox Live, and it's a digital purchase, this might have been the reason so many of us could not get our ESO Plus to work. As of this morning, that status has resolved on Xbox Live and my ESO Plus membership came back.

    We are aware of an issue with ESO Plus membership on the Xbox One and are working with Xbox to resolve it.

    If you lose access to your ESO Plus membership and DLC, log out of the game entirely and wait a few minutes before logging back in. If that fails, please restart the game and your Xbox One.

    If restarting your console did not resolve the issue, please check on the server status for The Elder Scrolls Online and Xbox below:

    I am having the same issue. My eso plus is gone. I submitted a ticket and got no response. I can't do the trial with my guild because I can't go in the area.
    My ticket number is 160618 005116
    I have ALREADY restarted and reset. I want my account fixed!
