So I played for 4 hours before I even realized my ESO plus was set to inactive then had to relog 4 times before it showed up. What can you do for me customer service wise to make up for this. That is just crappy. I keep having this same issue. To the point now I need to check to make sure it's active before I play. Which is pretty lame. So I ask again how will you make this right so I remain a customer, I will give you 72 hours to respond
