Game stopping bug of main story quest - 2 weeks later no *** fix? WTH ZOS?

WHY CAN'T I GET OUT OF MOLAG BAL'S HANDS IN THE QUEST "GOD OF SCHEMES"?

We are aware of an issue with the quest "God of Schemes" that causes Molag Bal's hands to freeze, preventing players from completing it.

It's ridiculous that a gamestopping bug like this hasn't been fixed yet, I know many people are unable to progress and finish the main storyline because of it.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom - please could we have some reassurance that this will be patched on Monday and people won't have to wait yet another week?

For the past few weeks, loads of people have been unable to complete the final part of the main quest in the game . It is bugged, preventing people from completing it.
Yet absolutely nothing has been done, no information given, no time frame for when players can expect a fix. Nothing. So all of these people are unable to progress in the game.
The developers think it is ok to do nothing and give no information or even let these players know when they will be able to progress.
This shows the extent of ZOS absolute disregard for their players.
Imagine any other big game's response to a bugged main quest. Yes. Hotfixed within hours and communication about the issue.

Well this isn't release. This bug is a bug that ZOS has reintroduced which is mind boggling. I can't believe there is no update for this yet. This bug not only made it so I can't complete the main quest, it *** up one of my abilities.

Templar javelin has a range of 28 meters, mine is only 20 meters after this bug!

I have also reported this bug and created a forum threat but they have just told me to like abandon the quest, remove all add ons, reload UI etc etc which I had obviously already tried before contacting them.
The worst part about this bug from my point of view is that it does not allow me any character progression. I have started to play some DLC but this is not how I wanted it to be... I really wanted to finish the main quest before starting any DLC but meh, I simply did not want to not play for a week (or months, god knows when they will fix this)

Well then they are *** idiots. You can NOT abandon the main story line quest.

I'm getting stuck the sec I walk up the stairs to start the fight. Way before the hand deal. Appears like the entire last instance is bugged.

I reported this bug only yesterday, got the same exact, word for word, response as the OP.

Crafter toon stuck that was going to do Cad's silver for the motif. Working on another a PVP/PVE now. Hopefully, this will be fixed before that toon gets to this.

@Hadan_of_Rift Yeah I know, they should know too. It is weird because at some point the quest disappeared from my journal and I was happy because I thought they fixed it. It was just another bug I guess xD

Makes you wonder if they have already been working on the 'One Tamriel' concept because how is it that so many bugs have started entering the alliance quest areas when nothing should really be being updated there?!? Starting to feel like the game is back in 'beta' again.
