I've been questing there recently with some friends - the storyline is great, but with rewards and loot the way they are at the moment, plus difficulty of finding a group at the same stage of the quest that you are on, there's not really much incentive to do content there other than to play through the story.
They have said they are looking at the zone, I am hoping with One Tamriel it will be scaled and give better rewards.

Sadly i have barely a clue about craglorns storyline, since all my teammates rushed thought all the quests. :'(

Laglorn is still as laggy as ever. It doesn`t seem to be population, so much as the zone not being made / tested properly. For example, there are places that *always* lag, without fail.
Craglorn will always have a special (bad) place in my heart
No solo content
Forced Group play
Reason I quit the game
This was before the Imperial City so I don't know if it changed.
I had originally hoped this was a game that would treat solo and group play evenly but one you reached a certain V level you were basically stuck in that disgusting wasteland (for solo players) with nothing to do.
I looked briefly at the game when the Imperial City came out but again it looked like the emphasis was forced group play. Not sure if that was the case, but didn't want to invest my time again only to find out I was again cut out of content.
Hope it's better now. Always enjoyed the Elder Scrolls, and I hope that eventually the on-line version will come to understand there needs to be a solo path through content as well as group.
