Where is the ESO+ Craft Bag for console users?

My wife recently subbed to ESO+ and neither of us are able to locate where the ESO+ Craft Bag is located in the menus (on Xbox One). For PC users, you simply open your inventory and the Craft Bag is a tab that is unlocked post-subscription -- simple enough.

KcjAries78✭✭✭I'm still having a problem find in the crafting bag. I'm an ESO Plus member on PS4. Everything seems to have been moved out of my bag and bank to it. But WHERE is it? KcjAries78✭✭✭Okay the Answer is Hit (R1) while in inventory... really? Oh and after I exited the crafting bag, it told me how to access it.... a little backwards don't you think?
