Structured Entropy not procing Robes of Transmutation

I was testing a couple of build ideas this evening and wanted to test out Robes of Transmutation as I had it just sitting around and I noticed that Structured Entropy is not procing the 5 piece effect. Does anyone else think that Structured Entropy is a heal over time and should proc this set?

✭✭✭✭✭Nope, it does not work like a HoT. Rather it works like separate small bursts after 6 secs than a continious HoT.0 -

So it effects yourself, does the new UI show the crit resist from your own transmutation?
