Structured Entropy not procing Robes of Transmutation

I was testing a couple of build ideas this evening and wanted to test out Robes of Transmutation as I had it just sitting around and I noticed that Structured Entropy is not procing the 5 piece effect. Does anyone else think that Structured Entropy is a heal over time and should proc this set?

Nope, it does not work like a HoT. Rather it works like separate small bursts after 6 secs than a continious HoT.

When I put on x5 and hit rapid regen and did not see my character screen's stats change.

So it effects yourself, does the new UI show the crit resist from your own transmutation?

Tell you how entropy can proc it. Put it on you back bar so you'll have more health. Pop your hot swap to back bar and there you go. 5x bonus us procced
