Nope, a little over that. Pulling down about 2.5MByte/s according to XB1 bandwidth usage page. Two hours and change.

Looking at the folder sizes in my hard drive, ESO takes up 50.1 GB and about 600 MB in settings files and the like (50.7 GB). I also have PTS downloaded to my PC so ESO takes up a grand total of 100.9 GB.

Took me from 9am to about 1:15pm, of course with an ethernet
cable and 15 potatoes per second down speed.

Seriously guys... ethernet cable is the way to go when downloading updates.

At least you're downloading it. I got my wife to log in for me while I'm at work, it didn't even try to download the thing...

Yep. I was right.

Logged-in and started download at 1630 US Central time. Download finished at 1815. An hour and forty-five minutes total time before I could play.

And it's a very good DLC, BTW Zeni. Very good.
