✭✭Are the potato connections Comcast/Xfinity customers? They're horrible. I switched to Verizon Fios after my last move and it's a world of difference from Comcast. I downloaded this update in roughly 15-20 minutes.
Hooking the Xbox directly to your modem helps a lot too, I recommend you do so if you're able to.
