Before you say anything: YES. I checked all topics about those issues I could find and I tried a lot but nothing worked.

Here's the situation: I've got TESO from discs (not on steam). Yesterday when I installed it and all, it worked fine - I played for some time, left game for fifteen minutes and returned and still everything fine. Today when I try to launch it - ok.. launcher shows up, but when I click "Play" ... well the Bethesda logo shows up. And that's all. After Bethesda logo is fully seen, it crashes...

I don't have add-ons coz I just installed the game. I've got it patched and repaired yesterday too. I tried to switch off firewall - still nothing (and I don't have any proxy runnin - chcecked). When I tried to run Launcher as administrator it doesn't want to run. I tried funny things with "UserSettings" as they say, and still nothing.

Literally I checked everything I found and still nothing... And I'm not a computer geek or something.. so I'd love a simple explanation WHAT I can do coz I really don't wanna throw my money in the dirt :/

Do you have Fraps or any other programs with overlays running?

Does your graphics card support the game? (I would have thought so if you ran it once)

Have you tried running the game with any anti-virus software disabled?

    1) No. The only programs running are my antyvirus and chrome. No programs like LiveStram or Steam activated.

    2) Yes. My graphic card rules event Witcher 3 on highest graphic possible so that's not the issue.

    3) Yes. I disabled all protection and still got "Bethesda" and then crashed.

Crazy idea, but it happened to me - check manager if another instance of ESO is not active - had 3 "running" eso clients once.

No more ideas I can think of myself.

If you haven't already try checking over the information on this page: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com
There are a number of help articles on crashing on launch.

If you have already done that and nothing works use the Additional Support Options button the right side of the page to submit a support ticket and explain the issues. They should be able to come back to you and work with you troubleshooting.

Just one bit of advice even if they ask you to do something and you think it's silly, try it any way. I have had embarrassing situations where I said something wasn't and issue and didn't try it only to find out it was.

Hope you're able to fix the issue and get back into the game.

Is not - I check every time, and shut it down when it crashes on me.

And now a suprise. I did absolutly nothing new.. didn't try anything else... Just restarted computer... and it launched...

Now that's what I call a mystery... Anyone who knows a thing or two bout this game and computer treat it like a challange - What the heck worked and why etc.
