Macro excuse is pretty common.

I actually had a weird one yesterday. I was switching pot from spell to tripots in a fight and I had a freeze frame that locked on my alliance immovable pots which from the corner of your vision look like tripots and I ran out of resources and CC dead.

Worst is dying mid dash / teleport as genji / tracer, thanks to the 20 tick servers tho. Recap doesn't even show that you actually did something..

Truth, I got rekt 5 or 6 times by this widow last night despite her having almost no health and me hitting her with genji dash, recap shows I'm dead like 10m away
