Only reason he is optimistic is cause for some odd reason Saber Ali groups with him, and he thinks his success is because of him, but of course everyone knows Saber carries this kid, Saber is probably too nice of a person to not tell him no when he pesters him to group, so he has to carry the weight of a community and play with this guy.4 -

- Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
- Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
- Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
- Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
- Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
- Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
- Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
- Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
- Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
- Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)
- Make forward camps impossible to place near objectives
- Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
- Change emperorship to last minimum 24hours
- Fix body sliding after cc breaking too quickly
- Remove Block Casting through Battle Spirit

✭✭Those max stats are insane. Higher than I've ever seen on a sorc and I'm not just trying to stroke tamerlins already insane ego.
I wonder what the regen and SD look like though.3 -

Yea that's with a purple set with garbage/random traits, if I got Divines/Infused pieces in legendary I could push close to 60k magicka. I don't really intend on doing that though as it's just a fun set that I use in IC sometimes. My regen is 1811 and Spell Damage is 3257 with major sorcery buff (up 1000% of the time), those numbers are further boosted by continuous attack buff which is much easier to get in IC.
I actually implore more people to give the set a shot. It's forces you to play defensively and really puts the fear of death in you, which (to me) is a rush.

How exactly do you kill ppl with this skill setup?? Only way I see its possible by timing meteor, curse and proced frag, but still any half decent player will just block trough it. Actually i have no idea how you kill ppl with this.

Yeah, that's silly, but it's obviously what ZOS intends when they add a set that makes someone unbeatable in a 1v1. And also what the user of the set intends when he puts that set on and takes 10k tel var stones from his bank to parade around with in IC.
