Putting hairstyles on NPCs we players cannot yet have.
Putting Crown Store Costumes on NPCs in COLORS we players cannot have.
Putting NPCs in clothing and armor we players cannot have at all.
Giving NPCs emotes we players cannot have.
Delaying the release of Crown Store Costumes you have had finished for some time.
These are small cosmetic/quality of life issues but they are ENDLESSLY frustrating to some of us! Especially those of us who DESPISE the Crown Store versions of costumes because of the awful colors you've chosen to use only to see an NPC in the same outfit rendered GORGEOUS by a superior color choice that is unavailable to us.
For instance...
Where the heck is this? It was on PTS for Thieves Guild but we STILL can't have it???
Why can WE only get this outfit in a disgusting shade of pink? And where's OUR fan emote?
We can get this outfit as a reward in Thieves Guild...but not in THIS awesome color!
You gave us this gown in the most awful and garish color combination and yet made it GORGEOUS and (UNAVAILABLE!) here:
And WHERE is THIS outfit???
And THIS one?
Really ZOS, I feel like this is totally awful and unacceptable. And I'm pretty sure I'm not alone.

✭✭✭✭✭Personally I feel all those are "sneak previews" and in fullness of time they will give zs all those costumes, and also the option to color our costumes as we like. Might be a long bit of time, and yes, I too wish they'd give it to us sooner... but I am content waiting for the things to come... for now anyways...
Personally I just wish they would do more of that sort of thing. Refit more NPCs, especially in old regions...4 -
Dromede✭✭✭✭Came across an argonian NPC in Grahtwood tree wearing a red gorgeous Spinner outfit that was only available in green on PTS. Don't get me wrong, i still want the original green outfit, but humans are programmed to desire what we cannot have, so why do that to us?

Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...2 -

✭Well seeing different colour schemes and hairstyles makes me happy because it seems to suggest that costume dyes and more appearance options are going to become available, but I'd definitely like to see them sooner rather than later! Especially since I'm only happy with the look of one of my three characters.
To add to the "why isn't this in the game?" discussion though, I came across this NPC in the Gold Coast today who seems to be sporting a few appearance options I don't remember being available.

That's what i hope for. With outfits - i guess it's pr campaign of sorts to create interest and demand)))

Have not everything in the crown store, but add stuff not in there to in-game vendors that are hiding somewhere, and have to be found... want the old chef costume? Ask around all the chefs and brewers, until you find the info that leads you to the kitchen outfitter NPC, pay crowns there to get it. Want the nord hero costume? Find the wandering skald that only appears in the game on full moon nights in some random far off corner of skyrim, and pay your crowns there. Want the frostmare mount? Find the ritual circle up top of the coldest mountain, and pay your crowns there to summon it for you... et cetera...
That way they could keep all the "current" stuff readily available in the crown store to get more people to pay for it, and still have the "rare" stuff in the game, just it'd feel more like a quest to get this then a mere online shopping thing... and anyone who missed the "limited time only" things could have a chance again... if they figure out where and when to look for the proper NPC vendor...4 -

Nope you cant have that sit emote because some naughty girls will be doing this emote while wearing short skirts. And this game is rated to be E - for everyone, not some PG-13 or Mature crap
